How do I order?

When will I receive my free books and free Lion King Clock?
Your free books and clock will be sent to you within 28 days of receipt of your order. At the same time we will send you two more books from the collection, on 10-days approval.
What is the size of the clock?
The clock's diameter is 17 cm. The clock is delivered without a battery.
How much do the books cost?
Each book costs £3.49 plus £1.99 postage and packing for each
2-book shipment.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by direct debit, cheque, Visa, Delta or Mastercard. Please see your invoice for more details. There is nothing to pay until you receive your books. Please note that we cannot accept payments made by Switch or Solo cards.
I have received a reminder notice for books that I have already paid for or returned.
If you have paid for the books or returned them within the last 7 days, please ignore the reminder. If you have any other problems, please contact our Customer Care team.
How many books are in the collection?
There are around 100 titles in the Disney Wonderful World of Reading collection. Disney produces new films all the time and Hachette will try to ensure that you can collect as many of them as possible. But you will only be sent two new books on approval every month and you may collect as many or as few as you wish.
What should I do if I receive a damaged book?
We will replace any damaged books free of charge. Just contact our Customer Care team and send the damaged book back to us.
How do I return a book?
Simply send the books back to us within 10 days of receipt. You can use the packaging that they came in. Please include the invoice that came with the books so that we can identify you and update your account. Books should be returned to:

How do I stop/cancel the collection?
You can cancel at any time – simply contact our Customer Care team via telephone, fax, post or email. If you email the team, please include your name and subscriber number in the subject line. Please note: if you cancel the collection but still have unpaid books in your possession, you will continue to be billed for them until we receive payment or the books are returned.

I have a 10-day trial period in which to preview the books and decide whether I want to keep them or return them, at my own expense, no questions asked. Whatever I decide, I can keep the free books and Lion King clock.
If I decide to keep The Lion King and Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, then I will receive two additional books from the Disney Wonderful World of Reading collection every 4 weeks at the same price of £3.49 per book (plus £1.99 postage and packing).
I can cancel the collection whenever I want, simply by notifying you by telephone, post, fax or email. If I am not 100% satisfied with any of the shipments I receive, I have 10 days to return it to you, at my own expense, no questions asked.
When annuals and special editions are added to the collection, I will be notified in advance of all the details and the price. I can cancel any offer that I do not wish to receive.
